Deborah Ross Bisignano
Deborah is the owner of Ross Pilates and Conditioning, and is a seasoned movement educator with 40 years of experience in helping clients achieve their personal health and fitness goals. Deborah is passionate about helping her clients move better, feel better and be able to do the things they love. She is a Teacher Trainer for the Pilates Process Method and holds certifications as a Medical Exercise Specialist, Therapeutic Pilates Teacher, Level 4 Franklin Method® Educator, Franklin Method® Fascial Trainer, STOTT Pilates Instructor and Level 5 MELT Method Practitioner. Additionally, she holds certifications as a Functional Movement Screening Specialist, Smart Spine™ Instructor, Buff Bones Instructor and CoreAlign Instructor. Deborah is passionate about empowering her clients to reclaim pain-free movement and rediscover the joy of living life to its fullest.
Deborah specializes in Therapeutic Pilates and Corrective Exercise , using a problem-solving approach to help her clients move out of pain and toward greater ease and confidence in their bodies. While her expertise lies in addressing movement challenges, she also enjoys working with fitness-based clients to enhance strength, stability and performance. With a deep understanding of body mechanics, she tailors safe and effective movement practices to each individual, fostering lasting change and improved function.
Beyond the Studio, Debbie enjoys spending time with family, friends and her beloved pup, Maui, as well as exploring new culinary adventures, honing her cooking skills in the kitchen, and staying active with Pilates.
Susie Thompson
Susie is a certified Pilates instructor, Level 5 MELT practitioner, Franklin Method Low Back Fascial Trainer, Smart Spine, Core Align, Buff Bones, MOTR and OOV instructor.
With her background in competitive sports, dance and over 15 years of experience as an instructor, Susie loves sharing her passion for fitness with clients of all ages and abilities. She creates personalized programs to challenge her clients infusing her knowledge and creativity into each session.
Susie is diligent about her continuing education, you can often find her at the studio studying and doing online courses to improve her teaching skills.
In her time away from the Studio, you can find Susie practicing Pilates, Yoga, Running, Hiking, Camping and spending time with her Family and Friends.
Lynda DePiero
Lynda is a certified Pilates, fitness and dance instructor. She holds certifications with STOTT Pilates, Pilates Process & ACE (American Council on Exercise). With over 35 years’ experience, Lynda specializes in adult & senior exercise programs, Therapeutic Pilates and Golf Pilates programming.
She believes that as an instructor, it is important to continue to learn & educate others. She keeps current furthering her education consistently through Pilates & Fitness workshops and conferences. With use of the Pilates equipment Ross Pilates offers such as the Reformer, Cadillac & Core-Align, Lynda delivers quality programming to her clients with safe, functional, effective & precision exercises geared to their abilities.
With her time away from teaching, she enjoys her home and camp at Shebandowan with husband Bob (45 years married) and family. Loves her flower gardens, making homemade pesto and dill pickles, enjoys cooking & entertaining. Is a tennis and golf sports enthusiast. Would like to return to enjoying Florida life in the near future to pass a month or two of Northwestern
Dorothy Daneff
Over 20 years ago, Dorothy discovered Pilates at Ross Pilates & Conditioning and quickly realized its profound benefits, experiencing improved core strength, flexibility, endurance, and better alignment—all of which deepened her passion for movement.
Eager to share these benefits with others, Dorothy became a certified Pilates Process Instructor and Therapeutic Pilates Instructor. Since then, she has been guiding clients at Ross Pilates & Conditioning, helping them move with greater ease and confidence. She has trained in a variety of specialized Pilates equipment, including the Chair, Arc Barrel, Ladder Barrel, Oov, and CoreAlign, integrating these tools to create dynamic, effective sessions. She also weaves Franklin Method practices into her teaching, enhancing body awareness and functional movement. Dorothy finds it incredibly rewarding to see clients leave a session feeling better, stronger, and more balanced.
Beyond Pilates, Dorothy enjoys spending time with family and friends. In the winter, you'll often find her downhill skiing or curling, while in the summer, she loves tending to her garden—creating a beautiful outdoor retreat.
