Small Group Classes

In these classes, you’ll build strength, improve flexibility, and move with greater confidence and ease.

You’ll work with a wide range of studio equipment and training tools — including:

  • Reformer

  • Cadillac

  • Stability Chair

  • CoreAlign

  • MOTR

  • Oov

  • TRX

We also offer dedicated classes in movement methods such as the MELT Method, ELDOA, Franklin Method and SmartSpine Wellness. These approaches help improve alignment, create space in the joints, and support more efficient, balanced movement throughout the body.

While many people are familiar with Mat Pilates or the Reformer, Pilates was designed as a complete system, with different pieces of equipment helping the body build strength, mobility, and balance in different ways. Our Studio is designed to give you access to that full system and the guidance to get the most out of it.
